DESCRIPTION:The Church that Listens with the Ear of the Heart: Models of Contemplative Leadership \nJoin Father Al Esposito on September 3rd 2022 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm to discuss models of contemplative leadership. This retreat is geared towards the leadership bodies of our diocesan parishes but all faithful are invited.  Major discussion points will include the art of triadic listening\, how to be inviting\, welcoming and open – minded\, how to assist our parishioners to share their joys and challenged as members of the Body of Christ\, how pastoral leadership is an activity that helps others to become wiser\, healthier and freer and much more. \nThe event will include morning and afternoon presentations and breakout sessions\, Mass and lunch.
